Setting up the printer/proxy at ECPI

Printers

• Start->Settings->Printers and faxes
• Add printer
• Choose network printer
• Choose "Connect to this printer" or "Add printer using TCP IP address or hostname" on Vista
• Name is \\rale-proxy\library or \\rale-proxy\student_success_center
• At some point it will ask you to log in. The user name is rale\username where username is your ECPI username

On Linux... FC2 or FC10

• Type: Windows SMB
• Workgroup: Leave blank
• Server: rale-fs32.raleigh.ecpivab.edu
• Share: RALEIGH_LIBRARY
• Username: raleigh\awwatkins (Use your username)
• Password: Your ecpi password

Proxy

• The proxy server is 10.90.0.40 port 8080...
